Mentor Leadership Training Course

You chose:

answer d "I'd definitely go to Penn State! That's where I went. They have a really good computer science program. And they've got a great football team. What more could you want?"

This is NOT the correct answer.

The mentor does not use the ASK strategy to help Ron find the information he needs to solve his problem. The mentor:

  • does not help Ron find the information that he needs
  • reacts hastily without considering other possibilities
  • answers Ron's question himself but does not provide a complete answer (he only considers one university)
  • does not help Ron brainstorm to figure out a plan to achieve his goal
