spacer Welcome to the Penn State AAC Mentor Project Website!

This website is designed to share what was learned as an outgrowth of the Penn State AAC Mentor Project. The Penn State AAC Mentor Project is an Internet-based mentoring program that links adolescents and young adults with significant communication disabilities with adults who have similar disabilities who serve as role models and mentors. The project is funded by the National Institute on Disability and Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) Grant #H133G8004.

This site is intended to provide a resource for others who hope to promote mentoring relationships as a source of support, especially for those who have disabilities.

Using the experience of the Penn State AAC Mentor Project, we hope to
